How Quick Can I Receive my Purchase?
Depending on where you are from depends on how quick we can get your order sent out to you!
If you are from the UK orders take between 2-5 days, If you are from Europe it can take between 1-3 weeks and everywhere else can take between 3-6 weeks.

My Order Has Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?
Oh no! We are so sorry for this please email us straight away at orders@chibigreen.com and send us your order number as well as images of the damaged items. We will replace them immediately for you.

I've Put the Wrong Address Down. What Do I Do?
No worries at all!
If your order hasn't been sent out yet email us at orders@chibigreen.com with the new updated address for your order.
If this item has already been sent out we will have to wait for the order to come back (this is to prevent fraudulent activities) to us to be sent out again to the correct address.
What are B-Grades?
B-Grades are discounted products that have minor defects on them. This could mean a small air bubble in an enamel pin or irregular stitching on a plushie.
They are still a good quality but are discounted due to the defects.
